Short-term therapy focuses on specific challenges and immediate goals. Long-term therapy explores deeper emotional patterns and lasting change. We’ll find the approach that feels right for you.

Most sessions are 50 minutes. Couples and family sessions may be longer, depending on your needs.

Some people come for a few months, others longer. We’ll check in regularly to make sure our work continues to feel meaningful.

I take an integrative, client-centered approach, drawing from CBT, EMDR, Family Systems, Psychodynamic Therapy, Mindfulness, and more. Our work is always collaborative and responsive to your goals.

I don’t bill insurance directly, but I can provide a superbill if your plan includes out-of-network benefits.
