Sarah Casey, AMFT

I studied Clinical Psychology at Antioch University in California, where I deepened my commitment to helping individuals uncover and understand the parts of their past that continue to shape their present. My work focuses on supporting those struggling with isolation, unresolved emotions, and the quiet undercurrents of sadness, anger, or inadequacy that often go unnoticed.

I have a strong interest in working with individuals from young adulthood through later life—believing deeply that it’s never too late to feel better or make meaningful change.

My Approach to Therapy

My approach is grounded in psychodynamic theory, with a curiosity about the unconscious and how early experiences influence our current patterns. I also have a special appreciation for group therapy, which I often find can be even more transformative than individual work, offering a powerful mirror through shared experience. With an artistic background, I approach therapy from a creative and flexible perspective, exploring challenges from multiple angles to discover new possibilities. I’ve worked with adults, parents, and children, and bring a warm, thoughtful presence to the therapeutic space. Whether you're looking to process past experiences, reconnect with yourself, or explore emotional patterns in community, I offer a collaborative and compassionate path forward.
