What is group therapy?
Group Therapy offers a safe space to feel support through difficult times. Through social interactions and community, group helps people feel less alone as they are navigating tough situations. Whether it’s navigating the challenges of parenting, or working through past trauma- we heal in relationships. Group offers support, education, and skills.

Parenting Neurodiverse Children: Psychoeducation & Support Group
Whether your child is a toddler who isn’t meeting milestones, a teen with a formal diagnosis, or somewhere in between—this group is for you.
Parenting a neurodiverse child can be a confusing, isolating, and an emotionally intense journey. It’s the ache of knowing something’s not quite right when others insist everything is fine. It’s the frustration of receiving a diagnosis delivered without empathy—or being dismissed entirely. It’s the hope and heartbreak tangled up in IEP meetings, therapies, and shifting expectations.
This group offers psychoeducation and emotional support for parents navigating these experiences. Together, we’ll process the impact on ourselves, our families, and our relationships. We’ll discuss the unique stressors and grief that often go unspoken, share strategies for supporting our children, and connect with others who truly get it.
You don’t have to go through this alone. Join a supportive community where your voice is heard and your experience is valid—diagnosis or not.
Tuesdays 12:30-2pm — Virtual — 8 week closed group — $40 per session — July 29-September 16, 2025
